INEXTRA GROUP Ltd is the holding company of the INEXTRA group, domiciled in Mauritius (Republic of Mauritius). It is responsible for the publishing, management and maintenance of all group institutional portals listed above, as well as any new geographic or sectoral sub-sections opened under these domains.
2. Group operational entities
INEXTRA GROUP portals may host content produced by the group's local operational entities. Each entity acts under the group banner for content relating to it, in compliance with the legal and compliance framework defined by the holding company.

All INEXTRA GROUP institutional portals are hosted on a centralised Amazon Web Services infrastructure located in France. This choice ensures a level of data protection compliant with the most demanding international standards (GDPR, Mauritius PDPA, Ivorian Law n°2013-450) for all group entities, present and future.
4. Personal data protection
The data controller for personal data collected on the group's institutional portals is INEXTRA GROUP Ltd (Mauritius). Data processing is governed by the privacy policies available on each portal and by the group's Record of Processing Activities (ROPA).

5. Intellectual property
All content published on INEXTRA GROUP institutional portals (text, logos, trademarks, visuals, videos, technical documentation) is the exclusive property of INEXTRA GROUP Ltd or its subsidiaries and partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. The INEXTRA trademark, INEXTRA GROUP logo, Docteur Réseau trademark and their variations are registered or pending trademarks. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Geographic decentralisation : Scalability clause
Each geographic sub-section of the group's portals (for example inextra.africa/sn for Senegal, inextra.africa/tg for Togo) may be linked to the relevant local entity for operational and commercial purposes. However:
- Domain management and overall editorial responsibility remain under the authority of INEXTRA GROUP Ltd (Mauritius).
- Hosting infrastructure remains centralised on AWS Paris for all subsidiaries.
- The data protection standard applied is that of the holding company (Mauritius PDPA + GDPR standards), which constitutes the highest level of protection applicable across the group.
- Opening a new geographic sub-section is conditional on the local entity's compliance with the INEXTRA group data governance framework (local ROPA, designation of a privacy contact, declaration to the relevant local authority).
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by the law of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute relating to the group's institutional portals shall be submitted to the courts of Port-Louis (Mauritius), unless a contrary legal provision applies in the country of the relevant local entity.
8. DPC Mauritius notification
Personal data processing activities implemented on the group's institutional portals have been notified to the Mauritius Data Protection Commissioner (DPC) in accordance with Section 43 of the Data Protection Act 2017. Registration number: [WAITING PROCESS DPC]. Annual renewal: each January.
